Prices are based on guest count and level of service desired.  Klondyke Farms'  packages range from $650 to $2500 with additional services added upon request.  

A professional coffee service like Klondyke Farms Cafe takes care of everything from set up to clean up.  We arrive at least one hour before the event to prepare for your guests.  We provide all cups, napkins, coffees, syrups, flavorings, ice, milks and milk substitutes.  We even offer donuts or muffins upon request. When Klondyke Farms Cafe caters your wedding or event, we handle everything related to beverages.  

Many hosts offer the coffee bar for bridal parties as they prepare before the ceremony.  Others offer coffee and espresso just after the ceremony, while photos are taken.  There really isn't a wrong time to offer coffee!  Klondyke Farms Cafe can serve 4 hours on one charge.   We can spend that all at once or divide it up across your event.  

Absolutely!  While many events employ Bottle Services, they only cater to a select portion of your guest count.  A Coffee and Espresso Bar offers something for all ages.  The ROI provided by Klondyke Farms Cafe is unparalleled.  Our baristas craft espresso and latte beverages, hot chocolate, chai lattes, and even dirty sodas when included as an upgrade.  

What are your power needs? Klondyke Farms Cafe uses silent battery power and propane.

What do you do with your waste water?Klondyke Farms Cafe is fully contained. We release grey water long after your event.

If you use a generator, is it loud?  Klondyke Farms Cafe has a silent acoustic footprint with the exception of grinders and espresso machine.

What happens if our guest count goes up after we discuss the event?  Most vendors are going to be prepared for this.  Just let your Klondyke Farms team know as soon before the event as possible.  In some cases, cost may increase, but we will always work with our hosts to make sure the event is flawless.
